Kangara always focuses on the success of the farmers and always stands firm till the end of the season. One of the remarkable performances recorded by EcoVita Paddy was in the year 2022 at Nuwara Eliya District. The company could achieve this success due to maintaining field-level constant, communications with farmers.

We were able to hold a successful farmer meeting in the Kilinochchi district. This was organized with the participants of agricultural officials and members of the government administrative service of the region. Organizing such an event allowed us to understand the farmer’s needs, and challenges. Also, this created an opportunity for us to propose solutions to their concerns.

Effective team meetings also promoted positive decision-making and helped to establish trust and cohesion among the farmers and the company. Hence, we as a company always believe that success is the satisfaction of our farmers.
